About Tin Coast Construction

Tin Coast Construction Ltd is a specialist contractor working on heritage, listed and traditional buildings across Cornwall. We are based in St Martin on the Lizard Peninsula and are directed by George Osman and Gareth, both experienced tradesmen with deep roots in Cornish building. Our work ranges from barn conversions and structural carpentry to lime render, repointing, and full project management of complex renovation projects. We believe in building the right way: breathable materials, traditional methods, and a genuine understanding of how old buildings work.
